Tomasz Kosobucki graduated in the University of Economics in Katowice. In the years 1995 to 2001, he was a research worker at the University in the Chair/professorship of Company Management. His employment history started in Mostostal Zabrze - Holding SA in the Service of Section of Stock Business, and then in the Section of Monitoring subsidiaries. Prof. Krzysztof Marcinek - Graduated in the Economics University in Katowice (1973). He was professor of economics science, worker in the Chair of Investment at Economic Academy in Katowice. He was also Deputy Dean for Education in the Financial and Insurance Department. He followed an internship in the Netherlands at the Economic Institute and in the Erasmus University in Rotterdam, also in the Durham University Business School in Durham and the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow. He worked also in STALEXPORT SA (1995-2001) on the specialist position in the Corporate Governance Office. In the years 1998 to 2001, he was a member of the Supervisory Board of Stalexport Service Centre in Katowice. He specializes in financial analysis of companies, evaluating the effectiveness and the risk in investment projects, and financing of the investment projects on the principles of the projects finance.
He is author of several books and articles as well as expertise for economic practices.
Andrzej Potoczny - Member of the Council Supervisory
Andrzej Potoczny graduated in the Academy AGH in Krakow and was scholar of the National Minister of Education.
He graduated also in the Economics University in Krakow and have a Postgraduate MBA Study and another in Finance and Insurance on the Technical University of Lodz; studies organized by the Illinois State University in Chicago and Ulster University in Belfast.
Since 1993 related to the financial and capital market, as the Branch Director of the Bank ING BSK SA, Director of the Department of Capital Investment in the ING BSK SA and Vice President of the Board in Alupol sp. z o.o.
He was Economic Director in ZML Kęty SA and Director of the Central Department of Payroll and Human Resources of the PPUP Polish Post. Also was Member of a number of the supervisory boards, like: Silesian Airlines SA, BSK Leasing SA, F.O. Butbędzin SA, Alumetal sp z o.o. Author of several articles in the "Banking Newspaper", "Game in the Stock Exchange" and "Rzeczpospolita Newspaper". He participated in many national and international training courses in the management and financial areas.
